European Return Policy

In the EU, consumers have the right to return online purchases remotely within 14 days of the purchase date. They don't have to give a reason for this, says de European Consumer Law on Warranty and Cancellation. However, they always get their money back: both the purchase and shipping costs.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Reconsideration Period: As a customer you have 14 days to change your mind after the product has been received. The purchase may therefore be returned within 14 days after receipt of the product. 
     

  • Reviewing the product: As a customer you may try the product, but not more than necessary to assess the product.
     

  • Will the product be returned and is there visible damage or wear? In this case, the full price of the product will be charged.
     

  • Compensation: Within 14 days after the product has been returned, the purchase price including the shipping costs will be refunded. These shipping costs are the costs to deliver the package to the customer.
     

  • Return costs: The return costs are always for the account of the customer.
     

  • Register return: You can offer return notifications via vcauw@hotmail.com. Please always send proof of purchase.
     

  • Refund: The amount will be fully refunded with the same payment method that you used as a customer to pay.
